• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project standards and specifications are met.
• Manage human resources, materials, and equipment for optimal project performance.
• Develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Liaisioning with government authorities, consultant, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain comprehensive project records and submit progress reports to senior management

• Develop detail resources-based project plan, schedules and timeline for road project as per project milestones.
• Use project management software (i.e. Primavera, Ms Project) to create and monitor schedule
• Plan and allocate resources, including manpower, material and equipment to meet project objectives.
• Track the progress of ongoing construction project, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Prepare & monitor DPR, MPR and MIS report for management & Employer/Consultant.
• Monitoring of project bottleneck & identify critical path.
• Monitoring of project resources requirement w.r.t availability and consumptions.

• Working out the quantities of road and structures from drawings, rate analysis etc.
• Education Criteria: B.E. Civil
• Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Document Controller|| 005-NKDC2025

• Good hands of MS excel and word, shall be able to read and write English, Typing etc.
• Education Criteria: Any Graduate
• Experience: 1 to 2 Years
