Ashoka Buildcon Limited informs that one of the Subsidiaries viz. Ashoka Dhankuni Kharagpur Tollway Limited, has executed a Concession Agreement with National Highways Authority of India (“NHAl") on June 20, 2011, for the Project Viz. to Design, Build, Finance and Operation of Six Laning of Dhankuni to Kharagpur Section of NH - 6 From Km. 17.600 to Km 129.000 in the State of West Bengal under NHDP Phase - V on DBFOT Toll Basis.
Ashoka Buildcon announces the start of toll collection today i.e. 4th May 2011, for its National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) Project of Four to Six Laning of Belgaum-Dharwad Section of NH-4 KM 433.00 to KM 515.00 (Length 79.36 KM) in the State of Karnataka to be executed on BOT (Toll) Project on DBFOTpattern under NHDP Phase V.
The total Project Cost is Rs.694 Crores and Concession Period of 30 years.
Ashoka Buildcon Limited had submitted its bid with the National Highways Authority of India ("NHAI") for Design, Build, Finance and Operation of Six Laning of Dhankuni to Kharagpur Section of NH - 6 From Km. 17.600 to Km 129.000 in the State of West Bengal under NHDP Phase - V on DBFOT Toll Basis ("Project"). The project is on Premium Basis with the Concession Period of 25 years and NHAI cost of the Project is Rs. 1396 Crores.
At the Bid Opening meeting held on February 18, 2011, NHAI communicated that Company has emerged as the Preferred Bidder for the aforesaid Project.
Ashoka Buildcon Limited receives work order worth 6300 million for 6 laning of Belgaum Dharwad stretch of NH-4. This stretch is being developed on BOT basis by Ashoka Belgaum – Dharwad Tollway Pvt. Ltd. for National Highway Authority of India.
Ashoka Buildcon Limited receives work order worth Rs.10,080 million for 6 laning Sambalpur Baragarh stretch of NH-6. This stretch is being developed on BOT basis by Ashoka Sambalpur Baragarh Tollway Private Limited for National Highway Authority of India.
